FREDERICK IN FLIGHTJoin the Town of Frederick to celebrate the many forms of flight in June with a hot air balloon lift, Balloon Bash party, and tons of fun for the whole family! The balloons lift at daybreak which is around 6 am!
MINERS DAYMiners Day is Frederick’s annual event that originated as a memorial celebration to honor and remember the mining heritage that created Frederick. Frederick’s mining heritage will come alive with a parade, burro race, vendor market, food trucks, community performances, bands on the main stage, and the best fireworks show in the Carbon Valley.
GEORGIA BOYS BBQLong days, sleepless nights, plenty of hard work and a lot of festivals later, Georgia found themselves bursting at the seams and needing to expand in order to keep up with demand. A second Georgia Boys BBQ location opened in January of 2014 in Frederick, CO with an open patio, ample seating and a full-service bar that supported local breweries. They were quickly embraced by the growing community and word continued to spread about their great food.
